About Ajani

Hi! I am currently a 3rd grade teacher with a Colorado & Nevada K-6 teaching license. Due to school I had to leave my nanny job after two years. Prior to this I have babysat for 9 years, worked in K-5 classrooms including special education, and worked in a daycare. I've been an elementary school teacher for 3 years. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I can tutor as well. I like working with kids because they are amazing. It is interesting watching them grow and develop and seeing the world through their eyes. As a big kid at heart I also enjoy doing all the fun things with them. I am currently looking for date night/occasion jobs, however, I am open to consistent jobs. I also have interest in summer nanny positions. In my spare time, I like to read, try new recipes and restaurants and binge my favorite shows. My skills include maintaining a safe, clean environment, utilizing gentle parenting skills and involving kiddos in daily task to promote independence.
