Experience: 20 yrs
I have been a professional nanny for over 19 years. Before that I also babysat for 10 years for family and friends. I also worked in a daycare for over 4 years, with 2 of those years being the lead teacher in the 3-4-year-old class. The family I currently nanny for I've been with for almost 4 years, and before that I was with my previous family for 13 years. I have a degree in Early Childhood development. I have experience with all ages, from newborn threw high schoolers. Kids are my passion, when I am watching them it never feels like a job. I love interacting with them and watching them grow. Taking them out on adventures as well as planning age appropriate crafts and activities all while engaging with them is what I love. Kinder has been an incredible part of our family for the past four years, caring for our son since the day he came home from the hospital. As he prepares to start Pre-K this fall, we will no longer need an in-home nanny, but saying goodbye to Kinder in this role is truly bittersweet. She has been nothing short of amazing—supportive, loving, and endlessly creative. From planning enriching activities, scheduling playdates, and working on school readiness to reading daily and finding new ways to keep our son learning and laughing, Kinder has gone above and beyond every single day. She even helps with our 13-year-old’s drop-offs, pick-ups, and 8th-grade homework! We truly could not have survived the last four years without her. Kinder is so much more than a nanny—she’s become family. We adore her and are forever grateful for the love and care she has given our children. Any family would be lucky to have her!
