I have been a professional nanny for over 19 years. Before that I also babysat for 10 years for family and friends. I also worked in a daycare for over 4 years, with 2 of those years being the lead teacher in the 3-4-year-old class. The family I currently nanny for I've been with for almost 4 years, and before that I was with my previous family for 13 years. I have a degree in Early Childhood development. I have experience with all ages, from newborn threw high schoolers. Kids are my passion, when I am watching them it never feels like a job. I love interacting with them and watching them grow. Taking them out on adventures as well as planning age appropriate crafts and activities all while engaging with them is what I love. I have gotten to know Kinder over the last several years as the child she provides care for grew up along side my child. In that time Kinder has also provided child care for my child as well. I have had the privilege of admiring the bond and love Kinder combines with experience and knowledge to care for her charge. Kinder has a seemingly infinite amount of patience and good humor paired with clear and kind but firm boundaries that helps the children she works with develop excellent social and communication skills. More than anything I have seen the depth with which Kinder cares, she genuinely wants to see the children in her care thrive. From library story times to trips to the farm, preschool prep to being there when he was sick Kinder has insured that all areas of his care is excellent.
