About Sydney

Hi My name is Sydney, and I have 3 years of childcare experience working with children of different ages and abilities. In high school, I worked with children with special needs and later babysat a child with special needs for a year. I also worked as a Pre-K Assistant Teacher through a school program, gaining hands-on experience caring for toddlers in a classroom setting. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, outdoor activities, imaginative play, and helping children learn through fun experiences. I believe children thrive with a healthy balance of fun and structure. I am kind, dependable, patient, and attentive. I enjoy working with kids because I love helping them learn and grow. Having a challenging childhood also made me very empathetic and aware of how important it is for children to feel safe and cared for. One thing families should know is that I take childcare seriously while also being fun, engaging, and playful. My skills include child safety, creativity, and emotional support.
