About Leila

Hi! My name is Leila, and I recently earned my Bachelor's of Science in Special Education. I currently work as a Special Education Instructional Aide and have several years of experience working with children through schools, youth sports programs, behavioral support, and individualized learning settings. I love working with children because I enjoy building meaningful connections and helping them grow in confidence. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. I have experience supporting children with different learning styles, ADHD, autism, and executive functioning challenges, while also making learning fun and personalized to each child. Families describe me as patient, dependable, calm, and easy to communicate with.
