About Ainsley

Hello! I am a student studying to be an ASL interpreter and children's librarian, and I would love to use my experience and knowledge to help brighten yours and your child's day! I have always loved working with children and feel that they are an important part of our world. While I have experience working with all children, I specialize in caretaking for kids with disabilities. I have been assisting as a caretaker for my sister, who has a disability that requires constant care, since I was 5. She is a huge reason why I am so passionate about providing a safe space for all kids. I am also autistic, so I tend to connect well with neurodivergent kids. I am at a conversational level in ASL and would be more than happy to care for Deaf and hard-of-hearing children. I would also love to read and do other educational activities with your kids. I grew up in a family of teachers, so I know how important reading is, and I would be very happy to assist your children's educational growth!
