Hi, my name is James and I am an experienced educator with more than 6 years of work in supporting children in both classroom, community, and home settings. I specialize in addressing challenging behavior and assisting kids with various needs ranging from physical to developmental disabilities. I am driven by a passion for fostering safe and supportive spaces that encourage growth and development. I am outgoing, solution oriented, and reliable. I am a problem solver, and my greatest strengths are my flexibility and patience. In my spare time, I like to draw, make art and explore! I love museums, and learning new things. I love getting the opportunity to help kids grow into happy and healthy humans. My favorite part of childcare is helping them achieve new goals and find new interests to discover!
