About Monica

I bring 12+ years of experience that ranges from children ages 6 months to 12 years. I am extroverted, open-minded, inquisitive, and down-to-earth, giving me the ability to create an environment where children in my care feel safe to be themselves, ask questions, and try new things. My favorite part about working with kids is supporting them in becoming who they are, building their confidence, and most of all having fun! I think it's important kids are given the space to be kids. I love to do activities, whether arts & crafts, sports, playing, or just going on a walk to get a treat. I have worked with girls and boys, LGBTQ+ children, children with ADHD, and twins. I love animals so I'm happy to help out with furry friends too! I am available weekdays and am very flexible/accommodating with work hours. I can be available for weekends if scheduled in advance and if I do not have any prior commitments. I am happy to provide references upon request!
