I have helped elementary students thrive in different areas such as Math, English, Science, and Foreign Languages. I actively listen and observe to understand individual learning styles, adapting my methods through open communication and regular parental check-ins. I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and encouraging curiosity through interactive discussions. Communication is essential for understanding needs, building trust, and reinforcing learning at home. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and building a supportive rapport are the most rewarding aspects of tutoring. I hold a graduate degree and am fluent in English, and Spanish; I am also beginners to intermediate in French. I am comfortable tutoring at various locations and have a car for travel.
