Adriana is the most compassionate, endearing, ambitious individual and we are so fortunate to have worked with her. When my mom's degenerative neurological condition began to worsen, we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed with her care and day-to-day activities. Adriana went above and beyond from day one--she assessed our mom's most pressing healthcare needs, helped us set up and attend appointments with us, ask the doctors questions we did not know to ask, find providers within our insurance network, and so many others. She lifted a massive burden off of us by comprehensively combing through my mom's medical records, researching the medications she was on, even found things that the doctors did not. She actively played a role in forming a better treatment plan for mom and advocated for us (her family members)! The most impactful part of our time with Adriana was when she stayed with us day and night once mom was terminally ill in the hospital. Her knowledge and skills are limitless!
