I have been working for 10 years as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist. I was the owner of a large studio in Brazil and, later, a smaller one (a one-on-one space), where I served more than 500 people in individual sessions, group classes, trainings, and events. I have references available if needed and on my website. I also have 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, which gives me a creative and sensitive approach to different situations. I enjoy developing activities related to drawing, arts and crafts, as well as encouraging engagement with movies, reading, and music. I have lived in San Diego for three years, and since then, I have been supporting several families in different contexts, including those with special needs. I am open to contributing and learning from each person I work with.
