I actively listen to students, observing how they interact with new material. I vary my teaching strategies using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating small successes, and encouraging curiosity are all ways I keep students motivated. Communication is essential for understanding student needs, building trust, and keeping parents informed. The most rewarding part of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment.
