About David

Hello Parents! I am a special education teacher for students 1st through 3rd grade. I have four years of experience in the classroom helping students to overcome challenges with attention/focus, reading, writing, and math. I have a cross categorical teaching license for early childhood and special education, from Mount Mary, and a bachelor's degree in Journalism. I like to incorporate games into my lessons to keep my kids engaged and excited to learn. One important part of my teaching style is every one of my students should feel confident and comfortable as they reach for their next levels. I'm interested in summer positions, and some evening hours during the school year.
