About Abigail

I worked with an early education organization named Jumpstart that focused on supporting children's language skills, literacy and social-emotional development as well as providing a supplemental curriculum for preschool children from low-income communities. With my team, we created an ideal learning environment for kids with fun educational games, lesson plans, activities and worksheets. In addition, I volunteered at Children's Specialized Hospital providing recreational, sports, and social activities to children, teens, and young adults with medical conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Parkinson's Disease. The goal was to provide a safe and inclusive environment with people with diverse abilities that promote acceptance, self-confidence, and compassion.
