I just had a baby that's currently in the NICU, and have a toddler at home as well. While I'm on maternity leave I'm looking for some extra help here and there. Someone to watch/play/work with my toddler while I run errands and visit my baby in the hospital. My (almost 18-month-old) son could really use someone who has some experience in speech therapy if possible as he's slightly delayed with his speech and social milestones. Once my baby comes home from the hospital I might also need help with the newborn as well. After I go back to work, I would be looking for a regular caregiver a few days a week. Flexible as far as schedule for right now and happy to work with someone.
