We are seeking a family assistant to help with afternoon carpool for our son and daughter (ages 12 and 10) plus errands and light housekeeping. I am looking for a nanny, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4/5 p.m. My oldest two boys (kindergarten and k4) are in school until 3 p.m. so it's mainly for my younger two (almost 2 and almost 1). About who needs care: Possible Parkinsons. Recent fall has limited her mobility, but until then, she was very active and enjoyed long walks. Has a small, well behaved dog. Currently may need help getting from chair to standing position, but once moving, does fine. Mind still sharp and she enjoys reading. About the care needs: Person should be very neat. Friendly, but not TOO friendly. Should probably like dogs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.

We want the best start for our son. That means healthy eating, good sleep, developmental play time, and plenty of love. Our son loves developing his motor skills, chewing on his teethers, funny noises, and story time. We do not believe in crying it out so we need someone with patience for his naps. My family and I just moved to Oxford a few weeks ago. We are looking for someone to come and help me out with my 11-month-old son during the day for a few hours. The reason being so I can rest, get some things done, and not have to take him everywhere with me (such as errands, appointments, etc). He is a very good baby! Easy schedule and loves everyone. My 4-year-old daughter will be in school from 7:40-2:35 every day. So would love to have someone stay until at least 3 o'clock on days chosen to work so I can quickly get my daughter in the carpool line and not have to take him with me. The laundry does tend to pile up, so if willing, folding laundry would be great. Our dog, penny, is very sweet and an old lady! She loves to nap. We are a very laid back family and just trying to get back into a routine in a new town!
