Medication Aid Trained/Experience Working In Assisted Living/Hospice
Before I decided to stay home with my current 2-year-old, I worked at a medication technician and assisted living floor supervisor. Because I was not a licensed nurse, I was unable to perform only a few small duties. Otherwise I was in charge of the entire assisted living floor. I gave medication, took vitals, gave insulin, bathed, dressed, changed and treatment planned for all assisted living residents. I ordered and maintained stock for all supplies, I worked with hospice and end of life for sadly 7 patients. I currently have my 2-year-old in tow, but would love the opportunity to come help you with any assisted needs you may have. If having a smaller child in tow is not an issue. Can run errands, take you to/from doctor appointments, housekeeping if needed, laundry, meal prep, medication management, bathing or dressing needs, whatever it is that you may need help with. If you just want to get out the house and go walk in the park or stop by the library, let's do it.
