I have always excelled at math and tutored other students in algebra and calculus in high school and college. My dad is a math teacher so everyone in my family loves math. Additionally I have helped students with chemistry too.

I love working with kids and even have some experience working with kids with autism. I just graduated from Texas State University with a masters in Exercise Sports Science, and received my undergrad in Math Education from UTSA. I love being active and playing games with young children, and I can also tutor children in math if need be. I have a car and can transport myself. Currently I'm looking for a temporary job.

Tutor Available For Supplementary Core Curriculum Material During The Summer!
I'm a 20-year-old college student set to graduate from the University of Vermont in 2017, graduated from Sharon high school. I'm majoring in linguistics and foreign language and have some experience tutoring adults learning English as a second language and working with children ages 5-13 in an extra-curricular setting. I always really enjoyed school growing up and there's no reason more kids shouldn't have an easier time with school and finding a subject they really enjoy. Foreign languages and English/literacy are my strong points but I am absolutely capable of teaching math and science up to a 9th grade level.

I have been babysitting kids for about 4 years. I am also a counselor in the Hope Town Sailing and Sports Camp, which resides on a tiny island in Abaco, Bahamas, and I have been doing that since I was 16 years old. In that camp I am working with a number of local kids aging from 5 years old all the way up to 15 years old teaching them sailing, windsurfing, playing games with them, and doing arts and crafts. I am also a member of a sorority at UVM and our philanthropy works with a third grade class at JFK elementary in Winooski, VT. Additionally, my parents are elementary school teachers in Princeton, NJ, so on my breaks from school I go and volunteer in their classrooms and help the kids read, write, and do math, among other things.

I used to care for my aunt's six children, ranging in ages from 4-11. It was quiet a handful but I always thought it was fun coming up with activities that we could all do together. While I was in high-school I've tutored kids in subjects ranging from math to English at a public school. I also worked with a program at my high school school in which you are assigned a kindergartner and get to play with them and do crafts once a week! With my sorority we are constantly holding events with Girl Scouts in which we do crafts and games, which is always so much fun. I love working with kids, ranging in all ages! It is always fun to come up with games and activities to keep them busy.
