I have been nanny/babysitting for 10 years. I have much experience with children of all ages, including preemie and newborn. I have a Pediatric CPR, First Aid certification and Lifeguard experience. I am a responsible, caring, trust worthy person and very nurturing by nature. I am energetic, creative, and love to plan fun activities! I have always loved taking care of kids, be it a family I work for or just my cousins. I started babysitting when I was 11 and have been taking care of kids ever since. In high school I taught ski lessons to 3-year-olds, worked in a kindergarten classroom and nannied part time. When I graduated in 2017 I started nannying full time and really found my passion for it. I am an extremely responsible person who can get along with children of any ages. I am very positive and energetic with kids and I take any job very seriously. I am versatile and am willing to help out with other jobs as well. I have experience with taking care of a 2 and 4-year-old every week for multiple months. I took them to swim lessons, took them to the park, made them snacks and picked them up from places when needed. Throughout this time we had a lot of fun together while also taking care of them and getting them where they needed to be. I am looking for a consistent job till August!

I have been teaching swim lessons to people of all ages for 4 years. I have experience with ages 2 through adults. I also have tutored elementary and middle school aged kids with English and Math homework. My strong suit is English and I love proofreading papers!!

I currently tutor with an in-home tutoring company and have worked with several children ages 5-18 on English (vocabulary, reading, writing), math up to algebra, French, science, and religion. I love every minute spending time with children--helping them to learn and discover the world. I have also taught viola lessons to beginner students. I have also pet sat several times and have extensive experience with animal care (as I am interested in wildlife conservation). I enjoy animals, music, yoga, films, swimming, and much more. In addition, I have worked at a wildlife rehabilitation sanctuary, a zoo, in wildlife research in South Africa, and two pet supply stores so have many wonderful stories to share!

Hello! My name is Allie and I am a recent graduate from the UW with a bachelors in Biology! I have 7 years of paid experience as a children/teen mathematics and reading tutor and have experience being a biology lab instructor at the UW to incoming undergraduate students who have went on to work in various labs! As someone who has lots of experience working as a tutor to children/teens, I believe I would be a great addition in terms of academic and learning support during this tough time transitioning for online courses this fall! Although I specialize in creating lessons and tutoring in math and science I am still able to tutor/support students with other subjects such as English/Reading/Essays or Spanish in their curriculum! I had a work-study position at an alterative elementary. I had this job for four school years. I gained practice of making lessons, managing children with their emotional and education goals along with creating strong bonds. I make a lot of art projects. I can teach up to college level science and math. I love reading to children and guiding them to learn how to read. I also worked at a nursery, The Childcare Center at Evergreen. I worked there for about six months. I worked with young children and I worked a lot in the kitchen; so I know a lot about feeding young children. I first started caring for children in my freshman year of high school, taking care of the 4-year-old and 9-year-old across the street. However, in my sophomore year I completed an Exploring Childhood class and a Day Care internship, working with 3-year-olds and creating lesson plans twice each week. I have 0 years of tutoring, but I have worked for the past two years at Schools in their after school care program and their summer camp during my high school career. I have worked with students from preschool to middle school and have taught them various subjects that were offered by the program, such as forensic science, math, computer science, and astronomy.
