I'm looking for a kind, reliable, honest, energetic, positive, patient, and proactive nanny that enjoys children and has some experience for my 21-month-old son. He enjoys playing outside, reading, climbing, coloring, napping, building blocks, etc. - he's very energetic! He needs diaper changes (we'll be starting potty training in January), meal prep, close supervision & interactive play, practice learning letters, numbers, words, songs, constructive, age appropriate & patient behavioral guidance. We live on our ranch, have cattle and two dogs - A labradoodle and a shih tzu. I work remotely as a CPA and my hours vary from week to week. I'm hoping to find 1 or 2 Nannie's to cover the hours from 8 a.m. to 5PM, Monday to Friday, but I'm flexible! I'm happy to share additional details of the position via phone call or DM.

T. was born at 1 lb 14 oz and is truly a miracle child. He spent 105 days in the NICU and still has some ongoing medical concerns and many appointments, but all things considered, he's doing so well. He's 9 months old but his adjusted age (based on his due date) is 7 months. He's the sweetest, happiest baby and deserves a loving, kind, fun, and engaged caretaker when I need to put in some work hours or take some time for myself. I'm a single mother still feeding through night and attending to his medical and physical therapy demands and need help managing the day to day. Our ideal caregiver: Good with babies and flexible Additional needs include being comfortable with pets. Looking for a caregiver for my infant son. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.

We live on a ranch

I have three dogs & theyre all small and I have two cats. I am handicapped, so I need someone that can really get the areas that I cannot, like down low on the floor etc. I really will only need: 1. Sweep & Mop all floors 2. Dust everywhere (even mantle area & pictures 3. Vacuum 4. Bathtub

We have 7 dogs, so our floors really take a beating from their nails and from their paws tracking dirt and mud in the house. Some are rescues and not 100% house trained. We have all hardwood floors. Dust is also a major issue for us.

About who needs care: My mother-n-law has leukemia. She has been dealing with fluid building up in one of her lungs. They now have a drainage tube put on her lung. We need someone to help drain the fluid off every other day. About the care needs: Looking for someone who is kind and passionate. And hopefully has experience in the nursing field or who can follow instructions in order to assist with a drainage tube that has been placed on my mother-n-laws lung. It needs to be drained every other day.
