Seeking a dependable and compassionate PAS/HAB caregiver to support our 15-year-old son with severe autism. He is non-verbal, uses diapers, and experiences significant anxiety and self-injurious behaviors, yet is also a loving, curious, and playful teen who thrives with structure and calm guidance. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, diapering, dressing, and safety during daily routines, as well as engaging him in structured, sensory, and leisure activities to build independence and reduce anxiety. Light housekeeping duties include laundry, cleaning and sanitizing his room and bathroom, meal prep cleanup, and maintaining a tidy, organized environment. Experience with autism or behavioral support preferred; patience, reliability, and empathy are essential. Flexible hours under the HCS waiver program.
