Lets Put Our Kids First Behavioral Services** Location: Richmond, VA Pay: $20$28 per hour (based on experience & RBT certification) Schedule: Part-time & morning or after-school hours available We are seeking a patient, reliable, and motivated ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in the home and community. No prior ABA experience required we provide full training! What You'll Do Work 1:1 with a child with autism using play-based ABA strategies Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavior replacement skills Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect simple data during each session Communicate professionally with families and your supervisor Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
