Tutor-Caregiver For Kind Autistic 11-Year-Old (Non-Speaking, AAC User)

Seeking a patient, compassionate tutor-caregiver for our sweet 11-year-old autistic son. He is homeschooled and uses an AAC device to communicate. He's very gentle but tends to be passive, so we need someone who can actively engage him through learning, play, and movement. Responsibilities: lead fun educational and functional activities, support AAC use (training provided), assist with toileting hygiene, drive him to community or recreational activities, and light clean-up after tasks. We follow Floortime principles, training provided. Must be reliable, calm, and able to complete FMS clearance (about one month). No general housework required.
