Seeking a reliable person with proven experience working with young men on the autism spectrum to assist our 30+-year-old son a few days a week and one day weekends. He is level-one functioning on the spectrum, employed full time and living independently in SF. Candidate must be athletically fit, energetic and love the outdoors. ABA experience, SEL, and/or experience with young adults with high-functioning autism, social anxiety transitioning to independent living. Requirements include occasional independent living tasks at home, getting/staying organized, helping w/ food shopping/prep, and keeping him well nourished and on meds. He has creative ideas and at times difficulty following thru or fully executing. Hours/days are VERY flexible (40-60 hrs/month) and to be determined with the right fit.
