Seeking Transportation From Hospital

About the job

I need a ride home after a hospital stay. I do not know the exact time, but it will be in the morning on October 29th. The drive is about 10 miles and crosses the 520 bridge. I am willing to pay extra for the tolls. I may also need assistance getting into my house and into bed, depending on how I'm doing. I will be unable to speak because it is a jaw surgery and my mouth will be rubber banded shut. I can write or type messages on my phone. I would like to sit in the rear of the car during the ride.
