Our son has Phelan-McDermid Syndrome and autism. He is an active, easy-going young man. He enjoys swinging in the back yard, going to the park, going into the community, and watching videos on his tablet, etc. We value professional communication, honesty, trust, kindness, initiative, creativity, respect, and punctuality. What We're Looking For • A caring, dependable, and motivated professional with a passion for helping others. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred, but training provided). • Completion of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) required training, background checks, and competency testing. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
