I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. 24 hr care is needed for 2 weeks to reevaluate. Has just come home from the hospital and weak and a little out of sorts. Hoping she will bounce back quickly. Prior to a week ago, she was driving and living independently.
