Direct Support Staff to work with young adult with autism at family home (NE phila-19116) and in the community, providing support and guidance. This is a fill in position- as needed as available... Thursday availability is needed. Ideal Candidate - Is kind, fun and flexible, laid back yet outgoing -Has calm demeanor. Enjoys learning new skills, problem solving and working as a team -Must enjoy walking in park -Is young at heart and would provide age appropriate peer support There will be lots of family interaction and supervision with the plan to fade over time. Staff are directly supervised by family but payroll is managed by Palco. Hours are flexible- mostly afternoons, some evenings and weekends. $19-24/ hour
