Looking for a friendly, kind and patient person to provide part-time Companion Care. Client is a 79-year-old lady with significant memory impairment. She is fully ambulatory, continent and able to do most care tasks independently. She is very pleasant and can engage in conversation. Client resides in a senior living facility. Care you would provide would be attending activities and exercise classes with her, dining with her and providing supportive companionship. Some driving may be required for outings such as grocery/drugstore or out to lunch and for scenic drives. Hours are flexible. Job setting is very clean and comfortable. We ask that you be a licensed driver with your own vehicle, non-smoker. It's very important that you have an understanding of and experience with caring for people with memory impairment/dementia.
