About who needs care: I have high anxiety and don't drive due to a past experience I need someone trustworthy to drive me to my work locations for the week. About the care needs: Someone who is available to drive me from home to the locations then comeback and drive me home. Services needed include: transportation. Schedule would be Monday-Picking up/drop off at 8:30 a.m. dropping off and picking up at 4:30 p.m. to drop off home Tuesday-pick up / drop off 9:30 a.m. leave and come back at 5:00 p.m. to drop off back Wednesday pick up/drop off 10:00 am-leave and come back at 3:30-4 p.m. to return home Thursday every other week pick up 10:30 a.m. -leave and come back at 3:30 p.m. to return home Friday various
