Seeking Residential Manager For 3 Young Adults With Developmental Disabilities

Enhance the lives of 3 young men with high functioning autism by supporting them to grow their independent living skills. Residents have part time jobs. You will provide transportation to work and activities, menu planning/grocery shopping/cooking with the residents, facilitate and plan social activities, supervise maintenance of the house and assign chores. Looking for experience working with people with developmental disabilities, strong communication and organization skills, social, upbeat- "camp counselor" spirit, at least a high school diploma and concern for the well being of the residents. Experience with Medicaid billing a plus. Must have CPR and first aid certification, a drivers license and car. Work schedule can be live in Sunday night- Friday, or position can be split day hours or night. More details if interested.
