CNA or experienced Aide for quadriplegic male, mid-20s** Shift: Midnight-6:00 a.m. approximately Duties: • Range of motion exercises and percussion vest operation • Regular repositioning with pillows/wedges throughout night • Light housekeeping during downtime • May assist with other care tasks when skilled staff running behind • Comfort and safety monitoring Equipment: Hospital bed, percussion vest, positioning aids Training: One-on-one training provided Seeking: CNA or experienced Aide with patient positioning/comfort care background Quiet overnight routine in well-equipped home. Patient has temperature regulation issues so home kept warm.
