About who needs care: Midlife woman with osteoporosis and busy creative with multiple business projects (writer and filmmaker), hobbies (crochet, quilt, watercolor, etc), and family commitments. Needs a personal assistant who can learn to anticipate needs and is very organized and caring in spirit. This is not a healthcare position, it's a caring, dynamic personal assistant position for a midlife adult, not a senior w/ major healthcare needs. After a trial period, full-time, long-term employment for the right person is possible and more staff may be added. 1099 is also negotiable but must be able to commit. Services needed include: transportation, meal prep, errands / shopping, vendor and project mgmt, pet care, organization, stocking supplies, and light housekeeping are primary tasks but flexibility on tasks is required as it may vary.
