My mother is entering home hospice care has a prognosis to live likely about a month due to stage four pancreatic cancer. She also just suffered a stroke recently. Needs help with eating, going to the bathroom, administering medications, etc. This private care would be in addition to hospice services provided by MaineHealth, and her hospice inpatient center is in Rockport. About the care needs: Female preferred but not required, experienced with hospice care of cancer patients a plus but not necessary. Knowledge of stroke recovery a plus. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing, monitoring for needs, housekeeping related to her care.
