They are not totally incapacitated but starting to need help. My dad had neuropathy so a lot of times walking is tough and has been doing everything thus far. My mom has back issues so standing is very tough for her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
