Looking for a compassionate, interactive, goal oriented, structured, yet flexible provider who can take ownership of & enhance a system that is already in place for my loved one. The perfect candidate would work closely with our family's team, whose main goal is to help the client keep living instead of preparing for their demise. If you aren't comfortable conversing with a person living with dementia, this isn't the job for you. Companionship, conversation and social interaction are a must. If you like to have your client sit all day instead of encouraging them to do all they can to maintain their mental and physical abilities, then you should keep on scrolling.
