About the job
I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Transportation. Need ride to upcoming out patient procedure. Since medication is giving during procedure they require someone to drive me there. The exact date is not confirmed yet but expected to be around the 18th of December or so and will probably take about 3. 5 to 4 hrs total there and back.
