Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Ledyard

We're looking for a senior care provider with experience. We have a few caregivers in place but our team requires additional support. The patient is my mother, she's 87 years old & has had multiple strokes; has dementia & is wheelchair bound. Mobility is extremely limited for patient; we utilize a Hoyer lift for all transfers. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, toileting (adult diapers & some potty chair use), Bathing, Dressing, (ADLs), medication prompts & assistance with inhalers, attending doctor appointments with her in the wheelchair van. My father is also present but independent & ambulatory. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation for both, laundry, and basic housecleaning.
