About who needs care: Discharged from skilled nursing, but requires a level of care that Home Health is unable to provide. My dad cannot walk, bathe/shower, or get out of bed on his own. He is also incontinent with urinating and bowel movements. About the care needs: Patient and understanding. Knowledgeable with persons who are previous heavy drinkers and have gone through withdrawal, and may have lasting damage due to prolonged use. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
