About who needs care: Recipient is easy going and friendly who needs assistance. She uses a sideboard to transfer. She does all the work you just have to put the board under her. Once she is up and dressed she is in her electric wheelchair and can maneuver around the house. The house is very clean and neat. You will need to fix a light breakfast and lunch on Monday’s. Can enjoy a little time outside during the day occasionally weather permitting. About the care needs: Looking for someone who is registered with IHSS. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands/ shopping as an attendant, light housekeeping, bathing / dressing, and mobility. Afternoon hours provider will just be putting recipient back to bed, re-stocking, and minor tasks around house.
