Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother With Alzheimer's In Sacramento

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's earlier this year. My dad cares for her day and night but undoubtedly needs a break and I live too far away. We are looking for some part time assistance 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. This would be motivating my mom to get up and walk on the treadmill or outside, assisting with her getting dressed, assist with showering, preparing lunch and encouraging her to eat (she is difficult to get to eat), some light housekeeping, and just talking to my mom or getting her to play games or do activities like painting, drawing, etc... Schedule is 10-2 or 11-3 but can be somewhat flexible. My dad will use this time to run errands, go to the doctor and pharmacy, etc,,, so reliability is critical. TY!
