We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personalized care for an individual living with Parkinson's and Dementia In Alabaster Al. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting patients with mobility challenges, cognitive decline, and daily living activities, while fostering a safe and respectful environment. He is in his 70's and one hospice. A health aide comes to shower 2 x a week. Responsibilities Support mobility and transfers (using assistive devices as needed) Administer medications as directed Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding Provide companionship and engage in cognitive activities Monitor health changes and report concerns promptly Maintain a clean and organized living space Comfortable with a dog in the house.
