Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Vancouver

About who needs care: A 79 yr old, with mobility issues & diabetes, a former Marine served in Viet Nam. I am his wife and have conferences occasionally out of town. we have two cats that need tending & light house keeping. He's fairly easy to manage, but requires someone with him just in case of emergency. He is hard to feed & needs help taking showers & dressing. I am out of town either 2 or 3 days, once a quarter. About the care needs: He needs to have insulin shots & has had a seizure about a year ago. He's on medications for his many health issues, including seizure & high blood pressure meds. He had a 5 way heart bypass surgery in 2017. He's doing well in that regard. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
