Hands-on Back-Up Care Needed For My Father In Salmon Creek WA

I need back-up senior care providers with experience and CURRENT HCA/NA cert. for my father-in-law who is 100 years old. My father-in-law lives in a separate unit on our property and we need back-up care providers for him. He is fully competent (i. e., does not have dementia) but he recently broke his leg and now requires mobility assistance, assistance with meals (heating up food), assistance with bathing/dressing, assistance with toileting/incontinence briefs. Providers MUST have the Washington State Home Care Aid Certification or Nursing Assistant Certificate. My father-in-law has a very positive outlook on life and is easy to be around.
