Full Time Home Health Aide For Stroke Patient

Home health aide needed for in-home care of stroke patient with aphasia and right side paralysis. You will need to be available for a minimum of 2-3days per week to be considered. You should be able to lift about 40lbs while bending over, and have no serious back problems that prevent moving the patient. You should have reliable transportation and be able to show evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccination, and will be expected to wear a N-95 mask while working. Candidate will be expected to not use perfumes or strong fragrances while at work. Tasks include continence, personal hygiene, performing physical and speech exercises, transfer between bed, wheelchair, and commode using electric sit-to-stand lift. Patient is 5'8" 155lbs.
