Help! Part-time Caregiver For Me. Flexible Times. My Husband Is Hurting Caring For Me!

I'm currently in a wheelchair with a Spinal Cord injury (SCI) My husband has been my primary care giver since my return home in May of this year. My eldest daughter has pitched in where she can but she works full-time. I'm also a metastatic breast cancer patient (for 25 years) and have recently began another chemotherapy regimen. My husband has just had an early-stage prostate diagnoses, completed radiation treatment and is now having extreme back pain from careing for me. WE NEED HELP! With morning routine which includes changing my brief, helping me get dressed, help transferring me to shower/toilet chair or to wheelchair with an electric Hoyer lift. As time allows maybe help with breakfast /cooking/meal prep, though I can fend for myself mostly. Husband is my chauffeur, we have a ramp van and perhaps caregiver could help with that on some appointment days too.
