Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Seattle

About who needs care: My 84-year-old mom and 85-year-old father and mother in law live with us much of the time. My inlaws speak primarily Turkish and are largely independent. My mom is less independent. Has recurrent atrial fibrillation which causes severely reduced exercise tolerance. Able to very slowly ascend/descend stairs, and mostly watches TV. Lonely since the death of my dad 11 yrs ago. Moved to our home in West Seattle from living independently on our family farm in Indiana this past summer. Mainly looking for help and companionship for my mom. My wife and I are oncologists and travel a ton, and can't leave my mom home alone when we're OOT. About the care needs: Making a great connection to my mom is essential. Cheerfulness and a sense of optimism are really important. My mom loves talking to people but needs to be motivated to be more physically active (which we think should be possible once her AFib is under control). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
