We're looking for a current licensed CNA or LPN with current CPR certification. This position is taking care of a very sweet functioning 78 yo female with LBD who likes to get out and do things. Must have training in Foley catheter care, and comfortable with ADL's. Shower every other day and wash hair NOT a bed bath. Medication reminders 9:30a, 1:30p and 5:30p. Daily routine breakfast, meds , dressed 9:30a, activities 11-3 whether PT or outside activities, Preparing dinner 5p, in bed between 7-9p. We have a Toyota Sienna with a wheelchair ramp. Must have a current drivers license. This position is for December and if you are the right fit it will be longer. Our family includes 2 very sweet dogs.
