Companions Care Needed For My Sister In Fredericksburg

We need companions care to take care of my sister in Fredericksburg. She has Alzheimer's dementia. She is 100% cognitive in the immediate moment. Just forgets in 5 minutes. We're looking for someone to hang around with her in her home and sometimes take on field trips in the Fredericksburg area.. Must have DCA, PCA, HHA, CNA, RN, LPN or similar training or certification. Will submit to John Hancock LTC for qualification. We already have 5 caregivers: 1 LPN qualified, 1 CNA qualified, 1 PCA qualified and 2 unqualified. Looking for 2 or 3 to replace the unqualified caregivers. Hours are always between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Typical shifts every day are 8am-10am, 12:00pm-2:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00 p.m. Not all shifts available. Can be adjusted to co-ordinate with others . Christian women preferred.
