Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Fredericksburg

We need an experienced hands-on care provider for my mother in her 80s. Medication management is required (separated by time of day in pill box). Experience with bed baths or shower using shower chair. Using a Hoyer Lift is also one of our requirements. Assisting with feeding is necessary. Additional responsibilities include some meal preparation and light tidying up is involved. We're looking for someone to provide companionship and some activity to pass the time. It is preferred that the caregiver is a non-smoker, is CPR / first-aid trained, as well as COVID vaccinated. The schedule is 2 or 3 days a week and every other weekend.
