About who needs care: I am looking for someone to look after my dad in my home while I work. My dad has dementia which affects his behavior and emotions. Examples are he might want to leave the house, see things or hear something that is not there, or false beliefs, which can affect his behavior at times. I am looking for someone to just look after him, that he is safe at home and does not leave the house. About the care needs: Someone that understands enough of the impact of some types of dementia on behavior and does not take anything of that personal. Someone with kind tendencies and if speaks portuguese or spanish would be helpful although not a must
